IQ tests for aspiring politicians

Folks, the general elections is around the corner (well, that is what some people are saying, not me). I think this time around, we have to subject our MP wannabes to intelligence tests. If they can outsmart this chimpanzee, then they have my vote.
(p.s. I have a strong feeling many of them would however fail)
